Legal Guardian Authorization and Consent Certification

I/We, the undersigned, certify that I am/we are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the minor participant and, as such, have full legal authority to make decisions on their behalf. By checking the box and completing the purchase, I/we confirm our consent and acceptance of these terms on behalf of the minor participant.

About Sports Dream America LLC

Sports Dream America LLC (the “Company”) is the organizing entity responsible for all our sports programs and events. We represent various prestigious brands within the sports field, including SDA Agency, Carlos Alcaraz Academy, Carlos Alcaraz Camps, Carlos Alcaraz Academy Camps, and the Real Madrid Foundation.

Our mission is to offer a unique, educational, and enriching experience within our sports camps. By working with internationally recognized academies, we guarantee a professional, high-quality approach in all our activities. It is essential that all participants and their families understand and accept the terms and conditions governing participation in our activities.

Participant Responsibility

By enrolling in any of our camps, participants and their legal guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in sports activities. Sports Dream America LLC will not be liable for injuries or damages not covered by our insurance policy.

Participants assume full responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being. Parents or legal guardians are also responsible for ensuring the participant’s proper conduct throughout the camp.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation due to behavior: If a participant’s conduct fails to meet our standards or interferes with the proper development of activities, Sports Dream America LLC reserves the right to exclude them from the camp without a refund.

Injuries: If a participant suffers an injury during the camp, no refund will be issued. By enrolling, this risk is acknowledged and accepted.

Cancellation by Sports Dream America LLC: No refunds or credits will be granted unless the sports program is cancelled due to the team’s inability to travel to the country or city where the camp is held. The Company’s liability is limited exclusively to a full refund of the sports program price.

Cancellation by the participant: If a participant decides not to attend for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure

Sports Dream America LLC will not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event.

Should a camp be cancelled or affected by a force majeure event, no refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind will be issued.

Food Safety and Restrictions

All participants must bring their own food and drink. Nuts should be avoided due to possible allergies among other participants. Meal and hydration breaks will be scheduled during sessions.

Code of Conduct

It is essential that all participants follow the established rules to ensure a positive experience.

• Physical or verbal violence toward other participants or staff.
• Discriminatory conduct.
• Use of drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances.
• Damage to equipment or facilities.

The organization reserves the right to expel any participant who violates these rules.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Sports Dream America LLC camps, participants and their legal guardians fully accept all terms described in this document. These terms may be modified without prior notice.

Enrollment Commitment

Parents or guardians acknowledge that enrollment implies acceptance of a service contract and compliance with all established conditions.
